The site is Located across from Forsyth park having 2 street frontages with views to North Sydney skyline. The site has a deep change of levels between Upper and lower Montpelier street which created complexities and opportunities in creating a 3storey development in a 2storey zone. The Duplex has been carefully designed with 2 separate access points for pedestrian and car accesses with each street view of the duplex presenting as a single house with different character.

The lower residence is on 2 levels with all the living areas on a single level connecting visually and physically between 2 external courtyards. The upper Residence has 2.5 levels with large terraces overlooking the park and the North Sydney skyline.
