The brief for this narrow site with two street frontages was to create a luxury home over three levels designed to take advantage of harbour views whilst maintaining privacy and maximising solar access. Contemporary in conception and design, the open plan living space extends to a deep terrace capturing breathtaking water views over Berrys Bay across the harbour to the Anzac Bridge. A distinctive palette of materials was used to enhance the three layers of the building with an off-form concrete base with thin face brick middle and zinc cladding on the top to enhance the effect of natural light on the surfaces.
